Use the form template dashboards to get an overview of a form's submissions. With a filterable list of each submission of the form template and highlevel statistics the form dashboards are an ideal way to get a quick update on a forms status or find a submitted report.
Each submitted report can be read as an independent item, simply select the submission from the templates dashboard. When reading individual reports, the questions are group by their appropriate page, and multiple choice answers display all of the options available to the submitee and the option answer they submitted.
Each individual form submission can be exported to a pdf format without any loss of details, allowing for local storage of the forms, emailing to subject matter experts or printing for paper copies and use.
Use our analysis tools to investigate answers to each question. Simply select a question from the form to see a graphical representation of the answers, selecting a second qeuestion then allows for filtering by question answers and furhter comparisons.
Each question can also be looked at individually from their own dashboard, with high level statistics and all answers given to the question listed providing links to each form where the answer was given.
